A Greek stone house with everything you expect from a hotel
Sun&Stone House is a family-run row of nine maisonettes, built from stone and opened in 2022. It stands on a quiet side street in the old part of Polichrono, with the beach, tavernas and shops just around the corner.
We chose every detail ourselves, from the stone walls in the bedrooms to the lighting on the terraces. We are here all season, so we welcome guests in person and are around whenever you need something.

Polichrono, the village families keep choosing
Polichrono lies on the east coast of Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki. The beach is long and sandy, the water deepens gradually and there is hardly any wind, so the sea stays calm even for the youngest swimmers.
Three beaches in Polichrono hold the Blue Flag for 2026. On summer evenings the seafront road closes to traffic and becomes a promenade lined with tavernas, pastry shops and boutiques.

Parking
The house is in a pedestrian zone, so it has no parking of its own. You can stop briefly in front of the building to unload, and there are plenty of free, safe parking spaces nearby that cannot be reserved.

We stayed in house C1 and the accommodation is very nice, is close to the beach and has everything you need. The owner is very helpful and very discreet.
Everything is new, clean, furnished with style, close to the beach!
The rooms on the lower ground floor are ideal for sleeping without AC, clean and tidy, the owners are true hosts, we felt at home.
Everything is just as it appears in the photographs.
Good to know before you book
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Please let us know your rough arrival time in advance.
- Minimum stay
- Five nights. Stays of 21 nights or longer get a 5% discount.
- Deposit
- 20% of the total, paid by bank transfer to an account in Serbia or Greece once we confirm. The balance is paid on arrival.
- Cancellation
- Cancel up to 45 days before arrival and the full deposit is refunded. For later cancellations the deposit is kept.
- Early departure
- If you leave early, 50% of the remaining amount is retained.
- Children and pets
- Children of all ages are welcome, and so are pets. No extra charges.
